Let’s not get carried away. Best and brightest is a bit of a humorous stretch. Salaries are all over the board here with quite a large variance.
 




Latuda great drug, some good stuff in the pipeline if it pans out. Solo territory w no partners, 2 years left on Latuda patent. The sales data we get is garbage so a lot of people not making goal for some reason. Resources are terrible, competition has much better resources than us. (ie savings cards,vouchers, envelopes to mail samples to patients, pt education)
It’s a fantastic drug but they expect more by giving less.
 




There’s a neuro and a psych. Neuro drug is average and psych drug is expensive with no coverage unless you’re in a state like Ohio or similar where they cover all psych meds.
 


If you are looking for a pharma pay check and benefits, this is the place. You will work about 12-15 hours a week and get a small bonus check. There is very little opportunity for advancement but a lot of free time during the work week and still get a check every two weeks plus benefits. Our manger stresses work live balance leading to the 12-15 hour work week. Our entire team does this as it easy to fake calls and our manger doesn’t care as long as we meet the call metric.
 




Actually a multiple trip winner that has figured out how to be successful working 12-15 hours a week. It’s unfortunate you are a meets expectations at best employee looking for a way to get promoted and have failed.

Of course you are. Nobody ever posts on here saying anything short of how they are a super star rep. You are both pathetic and laughable!
 






They are! Having been on very nice award trips I have won has been awesome with my spouse. Also, I have plenty free time to spend with my family during the work week. Jealous is not a good look for you while trying to stay relevant in a company that doesn’t care.

I don’t think anyone is jealous. They just think you are a tool to post that info. Whatever, helps you feel good about yourself. Keep it up sparky....your are really cool.

Well I’m above the tools at this company. You would not understand cause you only know what you know from this dumbo company. Now file back into the Company ranks and prepare your weekly spread sheet trackers.
