Who else got majorly fu€ked with their new territory with this poorly timed realignment? Sure, take away all my viable targets and plop in some shitty ass private practice in its place. I bet those workload numbers are all evened out now, huh?? Talk about a dumpster fire plan of action!

Yes, antiquated strategy. It’s obvious the people making these decisions haven’t been in the field in a long time. It is so disruptive to our momentum. Bad decisions! Hire the right people and let’s make it happen. They seem to be more worried about metrics than prescriptions. The targets are not accurate and it’s obvious they’re missing field intel.

Who is in charge of these destructive decisions? BMS is self destructing under this regime. This is what happens when you put people in positions before they are ready.

They don’t want field intel. The field has begged and pleaded to be heard and educate these people that have no idea how mental health works.
 
Over 500 reps selling for schizophrenia only… which is not a very prevalent disease… how long is this going to last? The other indications are not coming anytime soon so…

It won’t. Then what? Layoffs already? I loved this job when I started as a one up in a viable territory. Now I’m miserable. This sucks. Really hate that they made this decision.

This is the most incompetent and most tone deaf decision you could make. The decision maker on this sets fires wherever they go, burning everything to the ground.
