Total disfunction in Commercial. Let people do their jobs instead of creating meetings to talk about “other meetings”. It’s a joke. Can’t seem to get this commercial team right. It used to be right but we can thank KM for screwing that up.

Like who?Why why why are the same people acknowledged over and over. What are we promoting at Radius? Favoritism? Everyone works hard here and puts in 110%. When you constantly glorify the same people over and over it gets a little old. Enough already, it’s unbelievable.
Recognition is not something the leaders here do well. Most of them are just focused on making themselves look good. The egos and insecurity run very high. Why why why are the same people acknowledged over and over. What are we promoting at Radius? Favoritism? Everyone works hard here and puts in 110%. Sounds like someone is jealous that their peers get more attention than they do.Recognition is not something the leaders here do well. Most of them are just focused on making themselves look good. The egos and insecurity run very high.
I don’t think it’s that at all. The same people are recognized repeatedly. I agree with who posted that. It gets a little old when others, who work just as hard (if not harder) are not. It’s frustrating.Sounds like someone is jealous that their peers get more attention than they do.
Who keeps getting recognized? I must have missed it.I don’t think it’s that at all. The same people are recognized repeatedly. I agree with who posted that. It gets a little old when others, who work just as hard (if not harder) are not. It’s frustrating.
It comes down to crappy and lazy managers who don’t care I guess.
I guess you were just upset it wasn’t you being recognized, as I see you seem to unable to communicate who the mystery person is that gets all the supposed recognition.Who keeps getting recognized? I must have missed it.
They are not going to put anyone’s name on here lol. P.S., your grammar is of some concern. Take your time when replying.I guess you were just upset it wasn’t you being recognized, as I see you seem to unable to communicate who the mystery person is that gets all the supposed recognition.
Stop. You’re obsessed.I guess you were just upset it wasn’t you being recognized, as I see you seem to unable to communicate who the mystery person is that gets all the supposed recognition.
The grammar police! I always love it when you hop on here and pretend we’re in English class. Obviously, your lack of recognition is making you feel dumb, so you’re trying to feel smarter by insulting someone’s grammar. It’s reeks more of desperation than intelligence, but have at it.They are not going to put anyone’s name on here lol. P.S., your grammar is of some concern. Take your time when replying.
Person is right though, always the same folks getting the kudos. Doesn’t hurt my feelings but can see how it does to others.
