Total disfunction. Too many leaders with the same role in Commercial. DH just got demoted and hiring a new VP Sales? Let’s figure out what we are doing first before you create new made up roles for someone who wasn’t doing a good job to begin with.
 


Complaining about changes in sales management ...thought you wanted that. Remember so called Radius is in stewardship, leadership is just there to make money and then sell pipeline to a pharma company. This company is not a career builder. So get out if you think things are going to change, there not.
 


Total disfunction in Commercial. Let people do their jobs instead of creating meetings to talk about “other meetings”. It’s a joke. Can’t seem to get this commercial team right. It used to be right but we can thank KM for screwing that up.

Word on street is that Jesper and Ricky are coming back to take the helm.
 








Why why why are the same people acknowledged over and over. What are we promoting at Radius? Favoritism? Everyone works hard here and puts in 110%. When you constantly glorify the same people over and over it gets a little old. Enough already, it’s unbelievable.

Recognition is not something the leaders here do well. Most of them are just focused on making themselves look good. The egos and insecurity run very high.

I don’t think it’s that at all. The same people are recognized repeatedly. I agree with who posted that. It gets a little old when others, who work just as hard (if not harder) are not. It’s frustrating.
It comes down to crappy and lazy managers who don’t care I guess.

Person is right though, always the same folks getting the kudos. Doesn’t hurt my feelings but can see how it does to others.

The grammar police! I always love it when you hop on here and pretend we’re in English class. Obviously, your lack of recognition is making you feel dumb, so you’re trying to feel smarter by insulting someone’s grammar. It’s reeks more of desperation than intelligence, but have at it.

And, no one will put a name on here, because there is no name to put on here. Plenty of people get recognized. It’s just not you. And, that hurts.

I’ve read the whole thread. I’m not the original poster, but they’re right. The same people get recognized over and over and who’s to blame for that? Leadership (which you probably are lol).

This forum should be for where people can come and speak their minds. Obviously it’s where the bullies hang out too. There’s other threads for you to go pounce on, why don’t you go do that?
