Great company to work for. Wonderful people. But, the compensation is terrible. The bonuses are extremely low. Has anyone at corporate thought about paying reps based on GROWTH?? To increase your territory growth by almost double and still barely make a thousand bucks im bonus is very demotivating.

What do you consider low? I heard bonuses average 20-25k a year?

I have upcoming interview. Recruiter quoted potential starting salary as 72,000. I have 5 years experience. Currently employed, but not happy with the company I'm with. Is this honestly in the ballpark for salary? Im in the mid 70's so this would be ok with me as I am ready to leave my current company. honest answers please.

Are you looking at Inventiv or direct with Santarus

The benefits are good. However if your just coming in, salary blows... And bonus are set I realistically that you can't meet goals. So avg bonus quarterly is about $1k-$1,500. No wonder there are people there for zillion years cause they are the ones making 6 figures. Shoot I'd ride "the wave" too if I had made that much!!!!!

Some of the most impressive reps I have met are Inventiv. Stick to the thread. The company really does not pay much bonus to their reps. Just a few folks make good bonus. On average you can expect to walk with $10,000 per year bo us Nd that is if you are lucky
