What is realistic compensation for a Neurology specialty rep? Salary range and target bonus. Have reps been hitting goals?

Nobody has been hitting goal. Base is anywhere from 110-140 depending on experience.

Depends. If you are talking an NA position the salary is 60k
Provider Liaisons start 110k and up.

I’m making goal regularly.

Goes up to high 140s if you have documented successful experience
