I remember when those entitled Celgene scum came over. We had meeting in New Jersey with some of their leadership and they told us they captured 97% of all their sales. Meaning they could assign to the rep 97 out of 100 scripts credit. We shared we capture 57% and that ZS feels comfortable projecting the rest. Those scum looked like they had seen a ghost.

Get over it. We give you a "bonus" for catering. It's not an incentive by any means. Be thankful. More cuts coming and then you won't be crying on an anonymous board. You will be in the bread line or working at Paneras.

The celgene “scum” you referred to kept your pathetic company afloat for 4 years. Those same people left the company and are doing just fine elsewhere. Those that remain look like the frat that allows anyone to join.

My guess is that you were a bottom feeder that never hit a contest top spot when they were lucrative.

Our data issue is first and foremost, that we simply don't buy enough data for specialty pharmaceuticals. We trust the PCP model of ZS projecting and it's not very good. Our second issue is a underlying feeling that reps suck and that they don't deserve bonus and people work to cut off inquires with, NO!

So IC staff is cut; what’s that like 100% turnover in last couple of years. That’s “okay” as everyone knows ZS runs IC; they hold the power even over all the executive sales leadership. Get rid of ZS.
ZS comes to the rescue and promises to always deliver. Except, they only deliver the promise on how to pay the sales force less and line their pockets with those savings.
