Advice to Senior Management
Take down silos by encouraging cross-functional teamwork and collaboration
SVP level needs to take accountability for mismanagement for 2007+
Reduce executive pay/bonus and rebuild from bottom up

Another year.....another internal survey about culture beliefs to figure out "how we do our business". Last year, we had 80% participation. The 20% who failed to engage are no longer around. Don't be left out in the cold.
