Considering an offer



only accept if you really need a job. treat employees like crap. encourage backbiting among cs's. raises suck (if at all). steve orzell will promise you the world and then rip you to shreds if you questions why they did not deliver what they promise. relationship with labcorp and quest is deteriorating at corporate level.
if you take the job then work your ass off, get documentation of your success and start looking for a better job within the year.

Don't take it! Huge territory (getting bigger every 6 month as CS quit and not being replaced), more crappy tests to sell, more calls to make, less bonus!
I left a few months back and couldn't be happier!
