I read the "State of the Union" thread and was not quite impressed but that was a year ago. A similar update would be very helpful regarding the state of the division. Not looking for one-liners like "this place sucks". Comp. info., car choices and cell phone options would be great as well. Thanks.

You'll probably start as an assistant territory manager (ATM) with a target comp of $150K where they dangle a carrot in front for 9-12 months telling you you will be promoted to a full territory manager (TM) if you meet your sales quota. Unfortunately, your quotas will be a little out of range and you will be forced to become "creative." After 12 months and before 18 months you will be given a letter of concern (LOC) or performance improvement plan (PIP) and then you will be looking for a new positon. Over the last four years, I don't recognize much of the sales force since most of them have left or been fired.

There is no company car, just a car allowance that is added into your paycheck and taxed. Phone is a Blackberry. You do get a company iPad. My recommendation is, if you have other opportunities explore them. If you are only looking for a job for 18 months, then choose Hologic. You will be pressured at the end of every quarter and then repeat over and over. But then again they got rid of fat Steve and Shacey is here to save us all. Good luck in your decision.
