$150K is realistic. Depending on the territory, may be better. At this point it all hinges on Novasure in your area and whether there is room for growth. Novasure has about 70% mkt share so the goal is expanding usage with current users vs. med mgt. It is thought that in-office will increase your revenue, but really that just supplants cases that would be brought to the OR so this strategy is not real helpful. Adiana is a nice product but is being rolled out very conservatively in a limited capacity to targeted KOLs initially. Adiana has worked very well in my area, but Novasure is still your bread and butter. Docs do respect you and it looks like we may be adding something new to our bag in the coming months that will only serve to better round out our bag and focus on in-office which the docs love for reimburement reasons.
