They won't do salary reductions rather sever those with high salaries and start fresh with the young and the dumb who will put up with it. Eventually you youngsters will get some experience under your belt and they will shit can you too.

I am NQ and agree. Three years has been a great run. I get a great paycheck (same as Abbott counterpart that started 2 months before me) my car , insurance and gas paid for, and when they end a contract there is always another. I have been trained in several therapeutic areas and usually get let go right around when I am bored out of my mind with the drugs I have. The axe will fall and NQ will be done and I'll move on to the next.
