Contract Sales



Definitely help, I’ve worked for a few companies that hired CSO’s over the years,, normally what ends up happening is numbers go up, leadership cherry picks the best reps to keep or they reinterview for permanent positions in a “roll over” scenario to weed out the garbage, the not so good reps will get pushed aside and forgotten quickly. Don’t get me wrong there will be some mediocre reps (statistically) but they will expose themselves in short time..
 
Base will be 65 to 70 for contract. Even if you work directly for Biohaven the salary is low. Most reps make 80 to 85. Bonus isn't much better than 30 at plan. Remember this is a company with only one product that we rely on a Kardashian to sell for us. Remember Kardashians don't come cheap!
 
When they start talking lets hire contract sales people you know they are running out of money. This company is a one trick pony hoping that a Kardashian can save them. I'd be looking for a new job if I were you!
 
If everything is true about backfilling open positions and or aligning with Contact Sales reps, be assured that this is am early sign of Biohaven being acquired. A company only does this for one of two reasons - quick bloodbath reorganization or cleaning up the ledger and accounting books for buyout! This is how shareholders get rich and that is all investors are worried about....quick profits!
 
I was under the impression that the posted positions for Biohaven are direct hires for an expansion. To me if looks like Syneos is just doing the hiring screening but that it is not a contract role. Is this not true?
