Partially contract. Leadership is looking to have contract reps for Kerendia in place by late Q2. They will pick up where Kerendia Bayer reps are laid off by then. Oh I said it…yes - there will be additional layoffs going into 2H 2024. The objective is to attain and maintain a much smaller company workforce in the field while supported by contract reps.

Well who do you think will come to this place with all the bad press. Stocks are terrible and CF/ Glassdoor are riddled with bass press. There is not any person in their right mind who would willingly come here unless they are desperate. With the amount of people leaving to go to better places, it’s leaving a hole and our company needs bodies to do the world this is the reality and I am sure there will be plenty more to come. FRMs are also getting contracts which is the trend currently among big Pharma. Open your eyes, they are downsizing and pocketing the money to fluff Bills wallet.
 
FRMs are being worked out they have been for over a year. Bayer sees no value in market access, reimbursement and L& D. AGMs are spinning the negative press over their decision to contract with CMM for F support as it’s sending a terrible message to them. But the facts are facts, you cannot talk your way out of this AGMs we see what you’re doing. FRM and head count hold no value to you.
