Convatec IPO

Which is why most banks have publicly stated they believe ConvaTec could possibly raise $1B and be one of the largest Med tech IPOs. Still holding on to the past much?

"In 2015, ConvaTec produced revenue of around $1.6 billion and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of around $475 million, according to its annual report. It posted a net loss of more than $200 million."

Let's not forget that not one person was held accountable in HR for the criminal mishandling of our personal information. Many employees have been criminally violated because of an highly incompetent US HR group. The imbeciles in HR have not been terminated, but rather continue to gain power in the organization. No information has been provided to employees... Many employees have had identity theft perpetrated against them, and still Everything is hush hush. Multiple responses for updates have simply been ignored.

Good luck getting anyone who would invest in this place while incurring the potential major legal liability that could lie ahead from these so-called data breaches.

For the guy calling people names that are really insensitive (really who calls people re*tard* anymore) But if he/she is to continue to read the News here is what they say about IPO's (same article linked on this post

An IPO might be a tough case to sell in the current tight market--particularly since the private equity players, despite some merging and cost-cutting, haven't elicited any spectacular financials. In 2015, ConvaTec had $1.65 billion in net sales, which is down from $1.74 billion the prior year. Last year, it had $229 million in operating income with a net loss of $209 million.

Also, if they are listing on the London exchange its to do an inversion- good luck with that- see what happened to Allergan and Pfizer

Hmmm.... What's the rate of return when a company you bought for $4B goes public for $1B? How do you calculate that?

For every 4 dollars you spend you get one back, hmm sounds like a great buying opportunity for a complete psychotic nut job. OMG LOMFAO! Even the amateur investor says F- NO to this sh*t show!
Wait the new CON management aligned with the F- ing idiots in HR they will turn this thing around. Let's talk pathetic now, if you think the Titanic can float buy into the IPO.

THIS THING WAS Divested YEARS AGO FOR GOOD REASON.
It is a hole in which you sink time, effort and money to get no return.

Written by someone who is showing they know NOTHING about IPO's and valuations. Why don't you do yourself a favor and "leave" this shithole if it's SO terrible? You will not make it NOW anyway - I assume your poor results won't allow you to jump ship!?? Hahahahahaa. joker!!! Use your unemployment check to buy a few shares.

There cannot possibly be an IPO. The talent required to have a successful IPO just simply does not exist at this time. Look at the background and credentials (or serious lack there of) of the current management team. After you finish laughing.....well... draw your own conclusions

People are speculating that the value in tax avoidance of off shoring the business is worth as much as the company depending on how much tax the buyer pays. Just when you thought they couldn't get any scummier the slime balls want to skip out on paying taxes. Shame.
