I just received my 2010 W-2 from my new employer--about 35k higher than my 2009 ConvaTec W-2. As a former Convatec TM, I can actually say that I was heart-broken deciding to leave this once inspirational company. but unreasonable, unattainable quotas, a ruthless, clueless RSM and inept Skillman mgmt forced me to leave. I was lucky to get out on MY terms and find a new sales career where I grew my income a lot higher than my already envious income at convatec.

Many of you are leaving, too many through barbaric terminations only a few days ago. Take heart: great sales jobs and far superior organIzations than convatec are looking to hire you. Like they did me!
 
Left the company 2 years ago, by my own accord, after catching my RSM and DOS in a flat out lie. This past year I doubled my income Vs. what I was making at the Con...mostly by taking all my contacts and business with me. Funny thing is, I do little or now paperwork now, never see anyone from my company, have an occasional conference call, and have no crap to put up with....no idiots thinking they know what they are doing trying to tell me how to do my job. They leave me alone, and I do my thing....for twice the money. Makes me wish I would have seen the light much earlier. There are alot of people I miss, and even more I don't. Good luck to all my friends....you all are still on my mind....and good riddance to all the idiots...you all are still in my crosshairs!
