What is happening to this place? Backorders, optimization, “transformation” WTF! And the now so called Vascular isn’t what it used to be - disorganized and increasing prices of oldddddd disposables which are commodities expect for ZPTX and few AI products. I would run if I were you or you’ll be discarded like garbage. They try to keep their employees brainwashed w the whole family BS and the drinking which has declined in the last year. This place is in big trouble you can’t see it because is private but you’ll regret it unless you make changes yourself

can you provide further details please? any particular divisions that are in bad shape? im applying for a clinical position for their aortic interventions products, is this a bad time to come on board?

I wouldn’t join. The company is struggling and it has been for few years. If you have another opportunity look into it if not and you are desperate by all means join. It is a shame by it was a great place but the gig is up. Good luck!
