Numerous encounters this week where the scripts are costing $170 or more for patients. When the pharmacist goes to follow the instructions the system is not allowing a bypass. I’ve tried having the pharmacists call McKesson and they are instructing the pharmacists it’s a max saving of $150. I’ve also tried rerouting the prescriptions to neighboring pharmacies and they have the same issue.
