What lawsuits? There are no lawsuits against this company. There are a bunch of ambulance chasing law firms that want investors to sue because of the stock price. But there are no lawsuits because there is nothing to sue for. Covetrus is making the vet industry better. Spreading lies doesn’t protect you from the truth.

“sued for allegedly misleading investors“. The key word is ‘allegedly,. So they are getting sued by ambulance chasing lawyers. I would challenge you to find a big pharma company out there that has not faced similar lawsuits. People trying to make a quick buck. Small people with small minds.
