Covid protocols?

Since thus company is forcing us to be in the field, one of the few companies dumb enough to put us in harms way, do we have a known covid protocol?

you would think that testing once every two weeks should be a standard work protocol. I bet they don’t want us to do that, Why? We would have more “lost work days” rather than sick employees that need to get well.

what is the return to work policy post covid? Why does it need to be kept a secret? Disclose this stuff to us?

Let's face it. We haven't really been in the field all year. Moat of my team spent their time networking, bragging on conference calls and small amounts of scripts trickling in. My girlfriends team was playing video games on the computer with each other. I agree we should be testing ourselves on our own as were exposed in offices no mattering most the offices are cutoff. But nothing has really changed much from last year as people just haven't worked much with Esperion. Blame management for not monitoring.

Well now we know you are just trying to agitate. There IS a protocol in place and it has been shared with the sales team repeatedly. If you are on the sales team and dont know about the protocol then you clearly are missiong a lot of team meetings.

Texas here. Not true. Nothing on calls. My manager believes or maybe recently changed to believed that Covid is fake and was suppose to end in November after the election

No one is talking about area calls. But quickly triggered and actively monitoring I see lol

The area calls are a joke. Nonstop dribble. Were all on cruise control at Esperion. I've never encountered more demotivated people in life. Were absolutely sick of senior management and we've no respect for them. This has been the worst thing that ever happened to me in working at Esperion. I wish my flight was grounded when I went to LA for job interview.

OP here. Can’t speK for anyone else, but I am in the field making calls daily. Lunches quite often. Virtual only once in a while and only when I have to. Sales are good. But no protocol has ever been shared. Since sone of you seem to know it, can you share please?

This is typical of Esperion. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Poor communication and everything is fly by the seat of their pants at Esperion. Glad to see you making an effort in making calls. Wish I could say the other 90% of reps were doing this. This still won't end well despite the daily post from the home office making fantasy statements.

On this call the manager said covid was a hoax and was fake news. That's all I heard as I was on my 5th cold beer.

I'm tired of these area calls, I swear I heard someone watching a porno in the background. Dogs barking, kids yapping, toilets flushing, and now adult cinema.

Complete mess.
