Part of the problem was no one knew Bob - he was basically invisible to the field and if his major focus was R&D / new products, what was he doing the last 2 years ?
Q3 outlook ? They never cover future outlooks with us. This will be about telling us how poorly that we are trending and that we need to “right” the ship in Q3. JC and his chronies will also explain how routing and call plan adherence is how we will grow/ reach our goals. It will be an awesome / motivating call.
