Lowest paid base salary in the industry.

You wait 90 days at every job for insurance and it sounds like you are not even worth minimum wage. If you knew how to do your job, the base would not be a factor. Find another profession and quit wasting our time.

Not true! Companies have you insured in 30 days! Base salary is respect and just for your information, I have been in the top 10 top producers every year for the last 15 years.
CPL is a company trying to compete with Quest/LabCorp, management there are nothing but rejects or people that have never been in the lab industry.
