I don't see any clear red flags right now. There's been realignment with the division and I feel a bit more secure after that happened but no fun to go through. I think we are "right-sized" and have a few more years before anything else is done.
One year at most. Enjoy it! Use your PTO and drive your free car while you look for another job.
 
CRM and PCP are different entities, albeit with the same regional leadership. Comp, pay and responsibilities are completely different.

The fact the company is holding off hiring in many areas should be a red flag to everyone. The ides of December are lurking.

Oh please....the drama here. While I do believe it will eventually happen, I do not think it will be Dec.. Maybe 2nd quarter to see how it all pans out with the generic. And if the cardiology/nephology reps think they are safe, that's a joke. The volume coming from that group is not comparable to PCP/Endo.

Did you factor into the equation that the Supreme Court ruled against BI in the Inflationary reduction act? It's over.

Who knows all the selected drugs are in the same boat. BI's result extends the industry's legal losing steak against the IRA, following similar outcomes for AstraZeneca's complaint in early March and Johnson & Johnson and Bristol Myers Squibb's cases in late April.
 
That's correct. AND it will not take affect until 2026. So why would BI let us go if there is still 1 good year left?
We have about a year, unless the AG gets coverage in 2025. Medicare plans announce their formularies in a few months. Unless you are retirement age, this is not a good place to be.

Fact! Best case scenario, if AG doesn’t price right for formulary coverage in 2025, we have <18 months. If the AG hits major formularies we have <5 months. We should know in 2 months what 2025 plans are. Ask about it on the national call today.
