Any disgruntled CSO reps that weren’t hired care to share what they were going to get paid in base?

They are still getting hired. They will be brought on soon.

They are coming.
If they are brought on before the product is approved that goes against everything they’ve told us.
They shouldn’t be brought on until the moment they can contribute. End of discussion.
It looks like the company wants people motivated to sell vs sitting around bitching.
Guess what Karen, you don’t have a say in the matter. End of discussion.
I can only guess how motivated they will be since they have been frontline witnesses to our company icing them for how many months now....?
Can you imagine agreeing to an exciting new opportunity with a pharmaceutical company, but told to keep your day job....indefinitely? Going into work every day, wondering if this will be the week you’re finally called up? Yeesh.
This is not situational. This is how supernus treats their reps 100% of the time.
This is how pharma works... nothing is guaranteed with the FDA and timelines change. How else could this have been handled?
From the way it sounds to me it appears this was a detail issue. I guess someone wasn’t dotting their I’s and crossing their T’s. This could have easily been avoided if you all knew what you were doing.
What does that have to do with the CSO hirings?
The lack of following details that sabotaged the approval of 812 has everything to do with hiring the CSO reps. We have been told since day one the CSO expansion is contingent on the approval of 812.
Make sense?
Yes but how could the commercial team have predicted what happened with 812?
