So wish I went. A company that interviews by tapping your shoulder, having a lunch meeting, a quick virtual,and you’re hired. I am happy for those joining. Wish it was me too.
Hiring has to be done that easy because we cannot recruit anyone who knows enough about the company or knows someone who worked/works here. No one would willingly come unless they were in the dark.
And you won’t make a bonus so enjoy that base.
