The Dallas position was filled. Future openings coming soon , one person gave notice last week and another is waiting to see how the third quarter national bonus is trending before accepting a position with another company. Don't bother applying unless you are former MGI, ALLOS or EISAI reject. Majority of the sales reps and management are from those three companies. The only reason corporate interviews "other canidates" is to be in check with HR. ICLUSIG is a good drug in a crowded market - a market owned by Novartis. The sales team was unprepared for the black-box warnings; which are major concerns for non-academic physicians. The threads about the culture being awful are not true, corporate & field management are definately overly impressed with themselves, but that is universal right. We will soon see how corporate responds to flattenig sales.

Q don't like folks quiting on him. He thinks he owns you for life once he hires you. You quit and you are personna non grata.
 






















What a dumbass! We will be rich here with all the options and big commission checks.

Your stock options are still worthless....and you are now drifting down once again! When you see dipstick managers like Turdy, Pillman, Claus, PreMadonna and Cue Ball...Plus Gilligan...why would anyone let these idiots control their future? "Nuff said"!
 


Listen, I am not by any means sticking up for some of these Bozos, but what pharma company does not employ the old boys network? I worked with these guys at MGI and have been in pharma for many years....It's the same everywhere! You have such hatred for them, but they just do what everybody else in the industry does. I have worked with some real "winners" over the years that make these guys look like choir boys. If you got passed over for a job with them I can understand you frustration, but please don't think it does not happen every day in this business. I would not waste my time and energy worrying about their short comings, just let it go and move forward.
 


I met with P. Turdy and Barbbra Boxer to interview for IL position. What a joke. If they spent any more time patting themselves on the back for what little they have accomplished they would need rotator-cuff surgery. Two biggest blowhards I have ever met, and I worked for Pfizer when we launched Viagra. Seriously, the geography is a joke, everything from the city to hillbilly central in the south as well as the prison.

I feel sorry for what ever poor bastard they convince to take the job.

The inbreeding must stop.

No doubt Barbara will go with whatever canidate Q tells her to go with....she had two reps quit her team since launch.
 


just an observation, the two reps who left BC's team are young women, most of BC's team are "senior men" or big pharma rejects. There is only one young person left on her team, wonder how long it will take BC to push her out and hire some old man. I will keep you posted. We make a high salary and it looks like we will make well over 100K in bonus - reps don't leave positions like this unless there is a very good reason. But Q would have to admit he made a mistake in hiring BC and that is not going to happen.
