I’m interviewing for a sales position in this division, but have heard many bad things.
I’m in the same space as they are now and have heard that the director of CVI is a total sleeze and only hires managers that he is close with. His motto is shut your hole and know your role.
I have also heard that they have a ton of back orders. And that they create contests that are unattainable because of these backorders.
I have heard turnover is the highest in the industry.
I have heard pay is tied to their commodity product that is priced higher than everyone else’s product in this market.
Can any one tell me why I should even think about working here?
