Has to be early Q1. Many districts now with only 5 reps. Downsizing as well to get to 1 retail rep per territory?

Will it be headcount neutral? They want 1 retail rep per geography. I hope they are able to rearrange territories so everyone is left with a job. Q1 is odd time for a restructuring as well.
