I have my Ariad job offer and want to wait to leave so I can get my $35k in RSUs! Wish the FTC would approve this thing.

However, funny how once sr mgmt lightens up on the bullshit way of leading us months ago sales actually starting to kick in with so fewer people.
 


July 20th Press Release announcing extension:

"as of 5:00 p.m., Eastern time, on July 20, 2012, a total of approximately 65,241,335 shares of Allos common stock, representing approximately 61.0% of the outstanding shares of Allos common stock, were validly tendered and not withdrawn."

Aug 3rd Press Release announcing extension:

"as of 5:00 p.m., Eastern time, on August 3, 2012, a total of approximately 62,522,939 shares of Allos common stock, representing approximately 58.4% of the outstanding shares of Allos common stock, were validly tendered and not withdrawn"

Looks like the offering is going in the wrong direction. This deal seems to be falling apart. Go ahead and leave. Leaving that $35k on the table will be the smartest thing you have ever done. Trust me.
