DATA

So you're going to tell me that IMS has been doubling data for Solaraze for the whole East Coast, and SC couldn't figure that out? He wasn't able to sit in his office and say "wow, what a coincidence the whole East Coast at one time doubled its Medicaid Solaraze business." Either this guy is incredibly stupid or was in on it? He isn't aware that he should be the QC for IMS Data? Wow I wonder how the layoff process would have looked if that information was accurate to begin with?

Oh! But this wont effect anything. Yeah, heard that before. Why do you think the NE didn't have an increase in their goals during last year. The rest of the US did. Makes one think the numbers are rigged for the P&L statement.

Sends a great message!

You don't know what you are talking about.

When will you figure it out, it's all a scam. Bad company, bad products, numbers are rigged, data is flawed...it's all smoke and mirrors, have to make people believe we have something viable so we just make up stuff.

People on here have said SC is no good and has no clue. As stated alot of posts on here are speculation but there is no debate here SC is "clueless" and is no way qualified to run an Ops dept. He is like a school kid with his clicks and with his mistakes has caused people to be let go. My previous company we used to get helpful reports that showed us trends and leads. Whens the last time we received any report from SC that were pro-active vs reactive. Guy just spits out reports to catch people and the monthly reports he runs are always wrong. Just crazy!

People SC should not be doing what he is doing. Heard it from a former RD when that RD was working there that SC is just a paper pusher and spends more time in the meeting planners office than his own. Maybe thats why mistakes are done and not caught. Wake up SC and resign because in no way are you qualified to be doing what you are doing.

Not sure Pinky recommended anyone or they would have gotten the job. Anyone is better than the Putz running Ops now. Even seeing him at the NSM and hearing the same stuff "you need to do this" and "I have told you guys you need to do it this way" or "we have showed you how to do this already" or "we shouldnt be doing this you should" No brainiac you are in Ops its your job. Hey how about you sitting down with our data provider and getting your>>>>>together and stop running reports that have mistakes. Funny how a person running a dept. deflects blame. Says one thing out of his mouth that I need help from people to QC the work then when there is a mistake he blames the person who QC'd it. Someone at the meeting reminded me of the time we were supposed to go into the system and update info and we did. Then ops meaning SC ran a report that showed a majority of the sales force did not do what we were supposed to do. Than a DM who is smarter than him said hey maybe its because you ran the report wrong. Turns out SC did run the report wrong but only after we got reemend for not doing what we were told. This is typical behavior. HELP HELP HELP can we please have somoen in this position who knws what they are doing.

SALES OPS---Specifically SC

I have little patience for people who blame others, I also have little patience for people who can't perform a simple task. So lets just go over some of the major Fu@k Ups that SC has done.

1. How about sending out a bonus report that showed that everyone in the last training class was ranked number 1-12, I believe this happened on Q1 2011. Then finally admitting that this was wrong.

2. Let's enter phone numbers scam. All reps. need to enter the phone numbers of all their prescribers into StayInFront Edge Rx. A majority of us did this for 100% of our prescribers, but then a report was ran that showed barely anyone reached 75%. Then we all received nasty gram emails from RT telling us basically how lazy and non-committed we are. No doubt another mis-report by SC.

3. SC can't understand that if everyone could raise their Solaraze attainment on the East Coast by 50%......that the odds of this would be 100 billion to 1. But blames it on IMS. I have no doubt that IMS made a mistake, my biggest concern is....why didn't you QC it? How is it that you couldn't figure out that one whole side of the country received double credit for Medicaid scripts?

SC you shouldn't be in sales ops, if anything you could possibly be in training...and even that is a stretch.

Well said by the last poster. I second that motion. In two other companies I have been in Ops was viewed as a resource. Here you are afraid to call and ask because you will sow up on some report which probably will be wrong. Here Ops is not a resource they create more work and anxiety. DM told me rumor is he is in the meeting planner's office all day. Why I do not know. If you cant do your job get someone that can. Why do we have to go through optimizations and be graded when SC just skates by only continuing to mistakes. The phone number project really set alot of people off. Now this Medicaid issue. How does the head of OPs not catch that. I know he is to busy in CG's office telling stories about others.

SC is just clueless. Totally re-active not pro-active and I so want to view Ops as helping me but i get more help from the help desk and other colleagues. No rep views this dept as helpful. Its a shame because we could all work as a Team but SC does not foster a team environment.

All interesting points above. But let's see what we have here. The pattern is complain about a person long enough, and eventually, they get replaced. Where has that gotten us? MS gets punted, and then you get the SF/JW 1-2 punch to go with your new 1-2 punch promotional bag. Oh, and how's 40 less reps as a bonus prize?

Is that workin out for ya? I think all the changes that keep happening SUCK. We're not better off with the 1-2 punch. We are worse off.

How can you possibly think that we are worse off than we were 6 months ago? We were heading for disaster and no one was steering the ship.

How can we say we were beter off 6 months ago? where have you been. The past 6 months have been a disaster. Selling 2 brands that dont work. One brand now faces huge competition from a superior brand which our Derms will flock too. Veregen still hasnt taken off which tells you it never will. Reps and DMs resigning with more to come. Mistakes in Ops, low moral and the CEO doesnt even show up at a meeting. His first NSM as CEO. Are leadership is faceless to our Derms. Same brand managers as before 6 months ago. So if brands werent doing well under then not going to do well now. Just look at your Solaraze numbers now vs. this time last year. They are going no where and now with this new launch they are going to go south. 6 months ago Oxistat was doing well. Look what that brand did over the past two years. I know alot of drug companies that would like to see a lift like that from such a mature brand. Now were not even selling it. Adoxa was a dog and making no money and was left for dead and this time last year we were crushing it with that product. If you think this is better you are blind.

We are most definitely still heading for disaster. JW hasn't steered us out so far. Guess a new person needs some time to figure it out. But it may be too late when he finally does. Then there is SF directing JW and because she has no real sales experience to refer to, no alternatives have come from her. Yeah, we have new leadership with a total of ZERO years experience coming to this actually running sales. The idea of focusing on just 2 products is flawed in our case because one of them is about to go over a cliff and the other is not gaining momentum fast enough. This is not going to have a pretty ending.

What I find funny is everybody thinks we needed to be steered from disaster. Prior to the layoffs 6 months ago I dont think we were in bad shape at all. Solaraze was flat yes but starting to think the Rx volume we had on that wasnt bad at all and just staying flat with all we had to deal w/ like the FDA, competition and Managed care coverage that was getting worse maybe wasnt that bad of a job. Oxistat had grown alot since the merger and I feel didnt reach its peak especially in Podiatry where we were doing well and had more room for growth. Adoxa was a success but yes went generic but we knew that was coming. Apexion was growing each month in my territory and Veregen never took off but was growing but very very slowly. So you take all that vs. now . Now we are selling Solaraze w/ new very stiff and good competition. So Rx arent even going to stay flat they will decline and Veregen is still where it was Rx wise prior to the layoffs. So if anything NOW is when we are heading for diaster. Six months ago we had more brands some which were growing. Now we have a brand that will decline because of a new drug and Veregen even if it grows slightly wont offset the losses on Solaraze. Look it im not a rocket scientist and I am generally a positive person but I totally disagree. Six months ago we were way better off then we are Now. Couple that w/ faceless leadership and JW who yes needs a shot but doesnt have the experience we need right now. I know for a fact we were betteroff six months or a year ago.
