DA is 1000000000x better than the walking clueless mess we have now.
KC thinks leadership is filling out a 12 tab business plan templates then subjective grading it for IC Bonus payout. Only an out of touch fool would have a business plan part of IC Bonus!
He needs to be in a cubical with a pocket protector creating busy work for operations to make it look like he actually works! Not leading anybody (he can't even lead himself as personally he is leaves destruction in his path.

He's created nothing but a farce. From the PCP marketing, to the metrics, to the "2/5 message", to the emails, to the business plans. Now to this new "amazing" sales model they're rolling out. All of it is nothing but a sham and we'er all forced to play along. Gilead Sciences reported $27.3 billion in year-end revenue for 2021, anchored by sales of VKY and they put someone like KC in charge of it? It's truly baffling.

Because they listened to clueless Dave Alex. It was Dave who pushed his RD buddy who he thought so highly of. Just another example of how incompetent DA truly is. They had many other stronger choices… Gilead defaults to the hack marketing can control and is to dumb to question anything.

(Look at how many great reps, Multiple President Club winners, Vice Presidents Councils, FIT members he has ran off due to his horrendous culture of control, manipulation, and piss poor judgemenr & decision making in his short 12 months on the job!
