Yes, its all about the law. There is a lot of emotion (DePuy reps) on the site which is understandable. The ASR deal is becoming a big, big deal, wont go away.

Yes, Floyd dug his own grave in his testimony. He still says Depuy did the right thing after all the evidence before him had been presented. Ouch... I would distance my self from him ASAP.

Another recycled, failed, flawed and ultimately unsuccessful executive. Management of many companies is like the NBA and NFL. If a coach is fired for his failures, he is quickly picked up by another team....only to fail again. There are so many qualified people out there who should be given the challenge and the chance to prove themselves, but these top positions just keep going to these proven failures. What a way to run a business!

Good question.... Stryker losses ALOT of credibility if they keep him around after this current court case. Europe wants a criminal investigation opened on him after his testimony and others were heard.

I'm a Stryker rep, this is really concerning for me. I was under the impression Floyd left Depuy and joined Stryker before this ASR mess. This doesn't look good for us (stryker). Why would Stryker take this risk?

How can you trust a person cannot tell the truth ? So, do we believe him when explanations are given for ABG and Rejuvenate ? Do we believe him when explaining Accolade TMZF and ceramic sqeaking ? Will we ever really believe him again ??

He lied to many Doctors faces about ASR problem before the recall. These Doctors are testifying against Floyds claims that the hip does not harm people. All doctors that follow this case will want nothing to do with company that involves him.
