Top to bottom a disorganized, dysfunctional and disgusting division. Dude in question has his days numbered. You can only be a paid reprobate for so long.

If he is not whacked by his own, he will have to be terminated. Problem is no where to put him and no one wants him. As stated earlier a complete POS.

It's unfortunate MDT and others use the DM role as an opportunity to play their various political agendas. Way to many DM's are inexperienced, lack managerial and leadership skills and look to others equally incompetent for direction. It's a very nasty circle. The dude mentioned above is legend around MDT no doubt but, there are others. Good talented individuals will not and do not have to work for unqualified and misguided miscreants. As far the DBS division goes, with the leadership currently in place, it's a competitors utopia.

Competition will most certainly smack the DBS'rs square in the puss. They are having a tough time hitting numbers without that even being a factor. Not gonna be a fun place to be in another year. Leadership is well past inept. The division is like an ol' piece of chewing gum.
