Last Monday of February if you look at the past few years. If you worked until the end of the year the money is yours. Even if you leave today. Commission you lose if you leave.

That dcrp even though it “drops” into your account isn’t yours until the same time next year. It takes a year to vest from what I understand. So whether you left now or after it dropped it’s still not yours. Atleast that’s what I thought.

And the post that said as long as you work thru 12/31 you’ll receive the dcrp money is correct. You do not need to be employed on the day of the deposit.
