You mean sales team has been lied to and deceived with bonus plan?? Well Well Well. What goes around comes around. Proof that the Scientific interviews were bogus and being deceitful was standard protocol in interviews. Management and RD's created this culture. Now live with it. Watch the stock continue to bottom out and scripts down to a trickle. Who at this point would ever interview with Esperion.
 




Pandemic aside this hasn't gone as planned. Can't wait for economy to get unlocked and back to business so I can get out of here. This long to screw around with a bonus program ????
 




So are they expecting us to eventually work? I vote for stay at home and get paid. Do a few silly conference calls, screw around with making some computer calls. This is a special launch. Love the Scientific Interview Process. I'll be ready to go back to work January 2021.
 






With Esperion being the busiest board on cafepharma only shows the level of committment from the HIGHLY TENURES CUSTOMER FACING TEAM. THE REPS LOVE CAFEPHARMA. Since the highly tenured teams got tired of sharing Tic Tok videos with each other and the Candy Crush tournaments started to get old why not keep of the clamoring on cafepharma. The managers have been on here from the start. I just love The Scientific Process.

It is time to hear from CB.

He should be giving a pep talk to the field. They will need a morale boost before going out to call on Physicians. It will be tough, but CB will rise to the occasion.

This starts in management. RD's are weak. No accountability for reps so thus your stuck with reps goofing off for last 5 months. The RD's can't lead as their in over their heads. Have you listened to the nonsense on calls? Reps making stuff up . Its shameful.

You know nothing about our RD's except they fired your ass out of here during the very scientific and very accurate interview process. You can't see it because you're got shit for brains but everyone else can. There's a reason you're on the outside looking in.
