If the prescriptions are being written by a provider that is not currently in symphony as a target you’re not going to see the data until symphony is updated with the providers. This only happens twice a quarter so for example if you had a provider write the first few weeks of launch and they were co locates that were then added into Veeva we JUST received that call universe data in symphony updated last week. Going forth if you have another prescriber write a prescription who again is not a current “target” you will not see their script or their data populate on symphony until the end of the quarter. I’m sorry if that was confusing but that’s the best way I know how to explain it based on how it was explained to me. Keep in mind if you are adding providers into Veeva make sure those addresses are aligned with your territory. If the address is not aligned with your territory the provider will not generate in your symphony data it will end up in someone else’s territory.
