Why are there still about a dozen Ph.D engineers in Warsaw who used to do research but aren't anymore since R&D went to Ireland? No patents, no new products but they're still there.
Ph.D. s and others on staff with no added value. All Principal this, Fellow that, drawing 140K salaries plus stock options to what end? A new product to bolster the product line? Not even that.
