What if you have a significant amount of biologic experience as well as derm PsO and HS. Will they go over 175 and can anyone speak to time off such as vacation days or any benefits like pension or stock? Thank you. Have an opportunity to interview but I don’t think they can match my overall compensation. Appreciate any insight
