So how does it feel to be treated like trash by Rhonda (the Queen of Hearts) and her bald minion Andy? It’s such a warm place to work with these two isn’t it? Rhonda, why are you too good to wait in line for food? Why do you insist on cutting in line in front of the sales force? Never giving credit to the people that work so hard for numbers. Changing the goals so that you ensure very few people receive bonus. Good luck to the idiots that came here for HS. Enjoy it. Soon you too will be treated like second class citizens.

Colossal Error splitting HS away from PSO within dermatology.

Say you have a geography that has 4 PSO reps and HS arrives. We are adding 2 HS reps that overlap with the 4. They have huge territories and they compete with the original 4 for time: appointments, lunches, etc.

Dermatologists love having a single rep. They hate pods. When they think Bimzelx, they want to think a rep, not an indication.

We should have created 6 smaller territories where each rep has the molecule with derm. Period.

Bad decision but our product is so good, I think we will still do ok. Just not as good as we could have.

Now, I have to manage my customers accounting for another rep.

The product is good but unless there is a head to head with Cosyntex why bother. It’s just another me too product.
