Great question! Everyone working here wants to know the same thing. You could come in at “entry level” (well derm experienced but not enough to be deemed “senior”) and make more than a person two titles above you. It’s a real cluster fuck & nobody seems to have an answer to providing salary bands and actually aligning with titles, etc. Clusterfuck!
