Disappointing

For the first time in the many years working here, I am disappointed to be working at Supernus.
All the talented reps are leaving at an alarming rate and corporate is radio silent. No one is taking any action.

How can our bonus plan be worse than when we sold txr and oxr if this is supposed to be our flagship medication?
Why is this sales force so undervalued when we were the feet on the ground and believed in this company from inception? Quite frankly it’s a slap in the face.

I never dreamed about leaving this company, “our company”, but now that all the co workers I’ve valued have left, I think it may be time to follow suit.

Shame on you, Supernus. You genuinely used to care about your people but it’s painfully apparent this is no longer the case.

This is exactly why good people are leaving. It’s one thing to have a healthy turnover of disgruntled unmotivated employees, but when you see people leaving who were considered “company guys/girls”, fully bought in, moving up the ladder and presumed Supernus lifers, it’s time to man the life boats before it’s too late.

I wonder if jack understands how unhappy the sales team is. I think if he did, he would do so something or say something to give us a sense of “good things are coming”. He cares about us… he cares about everyone who works at the company. When you have people starting moving over from neurology to phyc, and they make more money than people who have been here for years, starting their careers with Supernus in telso, it’s hard to look at the positive in that.

He’s no dummy. He knows. And sadly he really doesn’t care. VV was the heart of the company. Downhill since he left.

The earlier you can learn to accept that the Corporate World is run by sociopaths, the better off you will be.

Learn to do your work (don't work if you don't have to) with the least amount of energy as possible. If you can do that, you will rule universes.

Best to you.

Jack do the right thing for the reps, it’s time for a spot raise.

25% covered for commercial patients. That’s pitiful for a NCE. Can you even imagine how difficult it will be to bonus once they pull the card!!! Add to that does anyone think that doctors will fight a vigorous PA to get Qelbree to their patients.

Just wait come Jan 1st they are pulling the card and once that happens we will be lucky to make $2k in bonus pre tax pee QTR.

I recently left the company after feeling mentally, emotionally and physically drained. Even when my numbers were up, I had a constant feeling that I wasn’t doing enough, and it took such a tool on my mental health. I was so convinced that I wouldn’t be able to find another job, but I was so relieved when I received an offer. I am continually blown away at the way I am listened to, valued and supported in my new role. If you’re reading this and feel discouraged, please know that you aren’t alone. I was so afraid I had fallen into a “greener grass” mentality, but after making the jump, I am so grateful I did. You are doing enough, you have value, and you deserve to feel supported — please don’t let anyone convince you otherwise!
