So what’s the over/under displacements are happening soon. Update our talent cards...? We know what happened last time they asked for this. Who’s getting out now? Who’s waiting to see what happens? Rumor is we have until summer/July.
 






The writing is on the wall with this one.

1. Contracted with syneos and brought on a team to work virtually
2. Transitioned to a new website where accounts can easily request samples online. Previously, called on HCOs could only get product that wasn’t in the reps bag by calling in to telesales and HCOs not called on were the only ones able to get paste. Now targeted HCOs have access to whatever products they want to request that are available through the site without going through a rep.
3. Requesting reps to update all account info, emails, phone numbers, update all HCPs and checking to make sure the names are accurate, clean up duplicate accounts, HCO names etc etc. They don’t want all that info for your benefit.
4. Asking for updated talent cards
5. How many open territories are out there right now? Think about it. They have territories that have just been left open now for years.

not to mention all the bullshit big brother shit they have going on now. They know everyone is unhappy and they’re not trying to improve culture. They want you to leave.

All this 2.0 bs. Come on people. You’re prepping whatever they do next which... hint hint ain’t gunna include you.

Displacements are coming if not by this summer by the end of the year for sure.
