Displacements

Does anyone know business rules surrounding displacements? Been told not performance based, which seems to be true as many high performers displaced, and low performers kept jobs. Is it also true that RBDs did not do the placements?
 


Assume you are talking about diabetes in a non-innovation area. I had heard nothing about this from our DBM or RBD, and had to kind of ask around to find some details in our region after the fact. Appears that a few 3-person pods were downsized to 2-person. Multiple OCS positions are now open near those areas so hopefully the ODBM will do the right thing and bring them in. In the past, reps were simply transferred between DCS and OCS roles in these situations but now Novo makes us start from scratch and have to apply like an outsider to the company.

ZS associates typically helps with the downsizing. Not all 3 person pods were downsized for us.Typical NNI we have been down this road so many times.
