Disrespectful company

It’s sad how this company posts jobs does interviews and never follows up with the outcome. They ghost potential candidates which is so disrespectful. Don’t waste your time on this company their culture needs help!!!

I agree. they jerked my chain months ago.... stacked interviews ASAP and on top of each other. Then ghost me. Short story, longer.... I did some research to find that the person who got the job 1) "doesn't look like me" and 2) was a former coworker of the hiring manager. I was merely a "check the box" for them to say they interviewed a diverse pool of candidates.

Wow that’s ridiculous they are stereotypical too!! No common courtesy and wasted time when they knew clearly who they wanted. Look at it as a blessing in disguise, the culture is horrible!!

They did the same to me when I interviewed. I have many years of neuroscience experience with multiple P Club awards. Toxic Acadia wastes candidates' time so they can check their BS quota boxes. I feel like we need to "dumb down" our resumes and check certain boxes on the application in order to receive the offers we deserve which is unfortunate.

Your P Club awards were driven by your drug’s preferred access, which had nothing to do with your experience or selling skills

When do the Baker boys learn to stop spending more than they earn? That drug failed on any of the anticipated new indications. Running out of options. Bail finally, but they won't get much for it. Add up all the years of losses.

This is not shocking to see these posts about ghosting after they forced mulitple interviews so close together at their time choice, which was tough to do when we work and travel 6 states. I had to go to hotels to find a quiet corner to video interview or conduct then in my car in a parking lot, concerned that I would be late to my current appointments. The recruiter is so convincing that the manager said to put me first, because I was the one he wanted, and that he wanted me with each step of the way to be on his team. I never dreamed that I would get a generic rejection letter, considering everything that was discussed. My concern from the beginning is that the rep was fired, and everyone was open about telling me that. I should have known to not waste my time, as I don’t want to work in a fake culture where they act like they love you and then fire you. They are disrespectful, and I pity whoever the fool is to join this group of arrogant people.

Well, I look exactly like what they want me to look like, act exactly like what they want, and have the experience they would dream of in a candidate, and they did they same thing to me. Mock interviews apparently to tell you how perfect you are for the position, and then never call you back.

Some dude at Acadia's specialty pharmacy, anovo, got a deal. He got acadia to use his pharmacy exclusively and told sales management he had superstar reps. They were all from a company called Recordati and they were all on the verge of being fired like he was. I think his name is Alan E. He hated Recordati so much because they canned his pathetic butt, that he tried dragging all his reps with him. You can't make this stuff up!!!

Same experience here. I deeply regret giving them the time of day, colossal waste of my time and energy. On the up-side, I dodged a bullet, as the culture seems to be devoid of respect for people.

Y'all dodged a bullet. Don't look back as this has been my worst experience in my professional career.

So it sounds like the recruiter was a better sales rep than you?
