Diversity at Esperion...anyone else concerned?
















You left out Over and the Scientific Hires and Lipid Experts.

Thats right. Just like our drug-over and over again you can expect very good clinical results. Like clockwork. We have plenty of business shit ass. And you would kill to have been on board. to be a part of it. We have lots of happy employees, which is bad news for your sorry ass.
 


Over you give shitty pep talks. What about people who already have left? Takes a great deal for somebody to leave Esperion with its laid back culture of no accountability. Why would you leave when you barely have any scripts and you've no pressure. Esperion is still looked upon as the minor leagues. Soon everyone will be gone. 300 reps doing nothing. Look at the scripts!!Over doesn't work here. He just repeats the same things he's picked up here lurking. The second quarter #'s will tell the story. There'll be no dancing around questions like that last heavily rehearsed press conference last time.
 


I know script results as I'm not afraid to say I'm employed by Esperion. The numbers are slow and yes some reps don't have many. Even the number #1 rep if this was any other launch we would be on a PIP in any other organization . The idiot who keeps saying shit-ass has no clue on script numbers as he isn't employed by Esperion. The numbers aren't good .
 








Management here doesn't understand lipid market . Look at the people they hired especially the RD's who's supposed to be monitoring their teams activities. The script volume is alarming and management will eventually figure out that people have to sell. If that doesn't work than PIPS will be in order and then go hire the correct people and not somebody who bragged they had great relationships and they could bring 100' to thousands of scripts per week. This is why the interview process they called The Scientific Process failed miserably.
