How can pathgroup not track expenses for doctors? I thought Stark applied to them. it applies to everyone else.

You are wrong. Home office girls do it.
Many doctors are over the $400 limit--illegal
Many folks play golf with doctors including mgmt.--illegal
Nothing is tracked--illegal
Many client are offered specials on client bill thin preps over other groups---illegal
I think Stark and Gov't would not be happy
They should be reported. Sounds like bribing.

You are misinformed. PathGroup tracks the same expense data as any other company. I know for a fact because I go through the painstaking process of looking up and attaching the NPI's.
Nothing to see here. Move along and whine about something else.

The reps submit the NPI data but its not tracked. Ive spent over $1000 a year on certain docs in my 5 yrs and nobodys ever said anything about it.
Reps use their own CC, so even if pathgroup was investigated it would be impossible to prove.
wht about offering billing software to offices to enhance their client billing? that sounds real legit
You're dumb.
It's built into PathGroups software.
Dumb idiot.
But if we give software to the client or allow a client to utilize it, that's the definition of inducement, right?
