Of getting a new job before March 15th which is when we are supposed to get paid out for the commission for the quarter, would we still be entitled to the payment if we leave the company before that date?
Try reading the IC Plan you signed off acknowledging you read and understood the plan.Of getting a new job before March 15th which is when we are supposed to get paid out for the commission for the quarter, would we still be entitled to the payment if we leave the company before that date?
Fuck off I got a new job making more than you’ll make for the next two years suck my dick with that snarky response peasant. Have fun at Kowa making peanuts.Try reading the IC Plan you signed off acknowledging you read and understood the plan.
Then why does your bonus matter? After this response, who you calling snarky? Ha ha - people with no answer always answer in this manner. Good luck with the new gig!Fuck off I got a new job making more than you’ll make for the next two years suck my dick with that snarky response peasant. Have fun at Kowa making peanuts.
Because that’s 8k on the table you nut job and it’s commission I earned! I don’t need luck you need luck paying your bills on the Kowa salary. BYE!Then why does your bonus matter? They kept us employed without a product so no IC was a downer but understandable. As for “extending” the quarterly payout WTH are you talking about? As with previous quarterly payouts quarter 4 isn’t scheduled until March. You have a least mastered the art of whining and stirring to a whole new level. Congrats! It’s really selfish of the company to leave us hangin with no commission for over a year and they’re extending the time we would usually be paid out on our current quarter commission. This company is fking us without lube, and we are all just sitting here and taking it like slts.
They must be paying you above the average Kowa salary range for you to be such a devout defender of a company that is throughly fking the majority of reps. Do you get profound joy out of defending their honor? You should go work for United healthcare group. They love people who defend unethical business practices. They kept us employed without a product so no IC was a downer but understandable. Your last two sentences completely void anything else that comes out of that little brain of yours. They must be paying you above the average Kowa salary range for you to be such a devout defender of a company that is throughly fking the majority of reps. Say you don’t have a rebuttal without saying you don’t have a rebuttal. Also the irony is even the people who are paid more than the average at the company are still making peanuts compared to the rest of the industry so the fact that you’re satisfied with your life and don’t want to pursue more and progress while simultaneously defending the company is pathetic.Your last two sentences completely void anything else that comes out of that little brain of yours.
This ^ grass is greener on the other side. Left and never looked back. Kowa pays way below the industry standard. Reps are still leaving. Especially in the AL TN and GA states. Managers have become crazy, mad, and unhinged because the foot cream is another crap product. Kowa should go ahead and throw in the towel. JM left (had too), Ben retired (needed too). All that left is the tennis pro that has zero experience besides Kowa…Say you don’t have a rebuttal without saying you don’t have a rebuttal.
