Of getting a new job before March 15th which is when we are supposed to get paid out for the commission for the quarter, would we still be entitled to the payment if we leave the company before that date?

Havent read the document in a while, but it's been the case that you must be there on the payout to receive the payout. Payroll is processed just a few days before pay date so that's the cutoff. If you can't time your leave, you may forfeit it, but you should be negotiating your payout with your new employer. Some companies will buy it out. Also, leave at the beginning of the month so you have medical benefits for the full month

They kept us employed without a product so no IC was a downer but understandable. As for “extending” the quarterly payout WTH are you talking about? As with previous quarterly payouts quarter 4 isn’t scheduled until March. You have a least mastered the art of whining and stirring to a whole new level. Congrats!

They must be paying you above the average Kowa salary range for you to be such a devout defender of a company that is throughly fking the majority of reps. Do you get profound joy out of defending their honor? You should go work for United healthcare group. They love people who defend unethical business practices.

Also the irony is even the people who are paid more than the average at the company are still making peanuts compared to the rest of the industry so the fact that you’re satisfied with your life and don’t want to pursue more and progress while simultaneously defending the company is pathetic.

Managers have become crazy, mad, and unhinged because the foot cream is another crap product. Kowa should go ahead and throw in the towel. JM left (had too), Ben retired (needed too). All that left is the tennis pro that has zero experience besides Kowa…
