What would you DOGE at BI if you could? Gobsmacked thinking about it, there is so much that coukd be done. Layers upon layers of middle mgr. Definitely would change work from creating policies and instructions and governances to developing drugs.
The private sector is 100% efficient. No waste at all. Only government is bloated and needs to be slashed indiscriminately, hopefully in ways that will make us all sicker and poorer!
Now that the shit VPR has been paid, the annual evacuation from BI is starting. Some good people leaving bc they can see the mess that’s going on. Mental health is done. Cyltezo and Spevigo are busts. Spiriva and Stiolto are on their last breaths. The pipeline is potentially good but that is a total gamble. Yeah, still have Jardiance and OFEV, but they much time left with patent cliff or competitive generics entering the market soon.
