What happened to Makos injunction against BB. Heard today a local doc did 3 Uni's using BB at a surgery center.

What happened to Makos injunction against BB. Heard today a local doc did 3 Uni's using BB at a surgery center.

I believe the injunction only covered the alleged poached employee and certain proprietary sales info/contacts. Stryker didn’t bat an eye over Blue Belt when they bought out Mako for $1.6B
