Dropping like flies

AIT doesn't care!! They are expecting tenured reps to leave so they can get lower priced scmucks to replace them.

How AIT has screwed AE's:
1). Car allowance: 850 to 500 to zero
2). New iPhones. Can you say big brother
3). Raises, not even cost of living bump in the past 3 years
4) connectivity allowance means 2400 /yr loss.
5) no managed care coverage.

Make sure you back up your iPhone to your personal computer! If you don't you could lose everything if and when AIT decides to disable your account.

They really took away the car allowance? How did they pull that one off without the whole force just walking away? There has to be some sort of transporation allowance, no?

Let's play: List the top five reason's to stay with AIT.
1) Cutest pet contest
2)warm and fuzzy management
3)regular thank you's and appreciation for effort and production with a $5 STARBUCKS CARD.
4)honest work for honest pay. You work an honest day, and honestly there is no upside for you.
5)The hope the our retirement plan will pay for a tank of gas to drive your family to your funeral. AIT's final reward for performance!

As long as you love to work, and do not expect anything in return, you will love it at AIT. I have moved on to a company that pays a market salary, has a diversified portfolio, responds to changes in the marketplace, can execute a corporate mission statement, and can grow business the old fashioned way and not by cost cutting as a means of restoring stability in an organization. Good luck to the rest of those who remain, the man may be different but the result remains the same.

Jeez, I didn't think they could take anything more away. Benefits...naw, you don't get those. Hmmm, what else, car allowance...you don't deserve one. Internet...no, employees might go to café Pharma and tell potential employees the company sucks, making it difficult to hire even dumb people. Oh gosh, the list goes on and on

When is your sales meeting in Chicago?

Sales Meeting??? Don't you have to make sales in order to have a sales meeting? Judging buy the looks of the careers page over on AIT's website it doesn't look like they have people in the field to make sales. They got rid of the good ones, and the bad ones won't even stick around. Can you imagine that? Crappy reps that usually hide are actually wanting out and leaving because they can even stand to work there.

I don't know about " stand to work there" probably can't afford to work there with everything AIT has taken away! As for Hiring AE's, candidates don't comeback for second IV after looking at CP!

Ummm,..if you are making calls all day, how is that "forcing" us to drive?
Very Simple!! AIT has missed the boat, ship has sailed! $.56 doesnt take into account insurance, depreciation, and maintanence. If you are "making calls all day" is forcing to drive. 8-10 calls per day selling piss testing if forcing to drive!
