But no that will not happen either. India form of leadership and development is not normal. Non unifying style is considered norm in their world. You are not suppose to work well together. Turmoil is a good thing in their belief. Then you are being productive.
 


The culture here creates in-fighting. There is no respect nor partnership inside this organization. It's just a contract job. Put on your smiley face in September and do the fake suck up dance.

Postpone septembers meeting. The big news comes in November just wait for that and save us the hassle.
